One Teaspoon and Erin Wasson.

After having met One Teaspoon designer Jamie Blakey and business partner Liz Roberts a couple of weekends ago at Splendour in the Grass, I have to say I love them even more! They were such friendly, easy going, chilled out women that I felt right at home making mexican lunch (well I was mainly watching) and drinking home made margaritas. Jamie had dipped green hair which looked amazing (still haven't died mine! <- see earlier post) and was wearing some pants from the newest collection out in Jan/Feb. Can I say- definite must have!! They were a black slouchy harem style with a drawstring cross tie at the front (where a zip would usually be). The kind of pants you live in! Liz was wearing the perfect pair of denim shorts (One teaspoon definitely know how to make the best!) Should of got a photo, but probably not really appropriate! Anyway- hopefully they will have a store in Melbourne soon. Better start saving!!
Jamie started the label 12 years ago now and recently Erin Wasson just so happened to find and fall in love with a pair of those amazing denim shorts in New York. After then coming to Australia and meeting Jamie, they stayed in touch and on a recent trip to LA Jamie asked Erin if she wanted to do the campaign. The following photos are the result. No words (expect I can't wait to get my hands on these pieces)!! xx Photographer: Ben Sullivan

Dion Lee Forest Green Dress.

So this was the original (first of 4) dress that I bought to wear to my engagement party last December. I absolutely love it, however I ended up wearing a white Camilla and Marc gorgeous dress- I'll show you guys a pic eventually! Anyway, I think this is a keeper. Not to much of a statement- simple, clean lines. One of those dresses that you can afford to eat a little without being worried that you may get a little bloated, you know? It's not figure hugging, yet is very flattering. The colour is so beautiful and it's probably the first real green dress (or green piece of clothing for that matter) that I have bought since I was young! I bought it when I was managing 'Green with Envy,' along with the other 3 options! That's what happens when you go in that store. You plan to buy one thing and come out with four. It's inevitable really! But totally worth it- you only live once and I don't want to regret anything. I am yet to wear this lil  number but I'm sure it won't date, so hopefully I'll get to wear it sooner rather then later! Now if it was up to me- I definitely would be wearing different shoes! I just chucked these MASSIVE wedges on with it for a bit of fun. Which also reminds me- I'm in need of some great new shoes. If you're reading this and you have suggestions of shops or styles let me know! I will collate all the information/ advice from people and post about it over time. Anywayyy- if you already know me, then you know I love photoshop and playing around.. This was one of those times. Not the neatest but I don't have time to fix them up- the fiancĂ© is cracking it!! 'Get off the bloody computer'. hehe.. oops. Night peeps :) xxx

Jolie & Deen.

So just a casual Saturday afternoon, going down to get a boost juice (passion mango, extra thick, current fave- although I hate mango's so it's a lil weird!) anyway, noticed this store 'Jolie and Deen' and went inside for a lil looksie. It's on Glenferrie rd in Hawthon, literally next to BOOST. So not planning on spending any money at all cause I really don't have any too, then I found about 6 things that I loved including this cute thin gold ring with a lil skull, Maurie and Eve pants and heaps of cute coloured winter knits all which were reasonably priced ( I think). Decided that I was going to buy something pretty quickly and ended up with this amazing melon coloured knit jumper with a detachable grey hood. It's part of the stores collection 'Jolie and Deen'. you can attach the hood to the jumper with little buttons- clever thinking!! I took a couple of photos to show you! I would recommend going there and checking it out as they have great pieces at the moment, and also cute jewellery and accessories which are always great present ideas. Even take a look Here (Jolie and Deen) and check out the website. I just chucked it on with my trackies at first when I got home, then tried it with my Maurie & Eve pants. Ended up wearing it with my denim cut off one teaspoon shorts, tights and tristan blair shoes (didn't get a piccie)! haha. But it's very versatile! (The colour does look a lil different in real life- just funny lighting in these photos)xx

I just came across these photos from the Jagermeister Australia facebook page. Can't help uploading a few as they are such amazing photos. Loved some of the outfits and freaky make-up worn over the three days there. I had told myself I was going to take outfit shots at the festy to share with you, however the freak hailstorm that first day put me off bringing my camera! Anyway, I know theres a few so I hope you like :) xx

D.L & Co Candles.

Ok so my next big spend is going to be at D.L & Company as I have been wanting some freaky skulls and different sorts of candles for a while. I have been obsessed with all things dark and evil for some time and then I come across these neon skull candles mixing dark symbols with bright colours. Amazing. Who would of thought!! Can't wait to decorate with them! :) xx
